Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Verify product information against work orders to ensure order correctness.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with safety standards.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning and verifying inventory.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperatures.
