Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated forklifts and pallet jacks in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Inspect and maintain cold storage equipment daily
- Manage inventory rotation using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload temperature-controlled shipments
- Monitor warehouse climate systems
- Document temperature logs and compliance reports
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- 1+ years warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Valid NM driver's license
