Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Optimize order fulfillment processes to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and audits
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment challenges
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/picking experience with proven productivity metrics
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with RF scanners and inventory management software
