Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders.
- Organize stockrooms and warehouse areas to ensure maximum efficiency and accessibility.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate logistics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well within a team.
- Valid driver's license (for some driving duties).
