Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through RF scanning systems and digital documentation
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and proper lifting techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Operate automated conveyor systems and packaging machinery
- Support cycle count processes and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
