Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Select, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily operational goals and targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control in order fulfillment.
- Basic Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and comprehend instructions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is not always required but may be beneficial.
