Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload refrigerated trucks and containers.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage products to ensure inventory accuracy within our temperature-controlled zones.
- Temperature Control: Monitor and maintain strict temperature logs to ensure compliance with safety regulations and product quality standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the storage areas organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies regarding heavy machinery and cold storage environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in cold environments.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- License: Valid driver's license (Class A or B preferred for some positions).
- Attitude: Strong work ethic and willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
