Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks and move materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe operating condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized and accessible.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping deadlines.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Qualifications
- No experience required; on-the-job training provided for certified operators.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification upon hire.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
