Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move products throughout the facility.
- Inspect forklifts daily to ensure they are in proper working condition and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock movements.
- Follow all safety protocols and company regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse flow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist with palletizing, wrapping, and organizing shipments for outbound delivery.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift certification or experience is required; we provide training.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
