Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with annual inventory audits.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve daily operational challenges.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies regarding material handling.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift certification within 30 days of employment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems are preferred.
