Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks) to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Process and prepare customer orders, ensuring high accuracy and adherence to shipping standards.
- Utilize handheld devices (RF Scanners) to scan barcodes and track inventory in real-time.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote operational efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn scanning equipment quickly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work in varying temperature environments (warehouses can be hot or cold).
