Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders with precision and speed.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure working environment for all staff.
- Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity and morale.
- Implement and optimize workflow processes to reduce costs and increase overall operational efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate necessary repairs to prevent downtime.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Certified Forklift Operator (preferred) and valid driver's license.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as required.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) is highly desirable.
