Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and loading docks.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move stock.
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damages, and defects.
- Keep accurate records of inventory and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and adheres to safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock verification.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
