Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Verify product counts against packing slips to ensure 100% accuracy and minimize errors.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure they meet our strict quality standards before shipping.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks as required by the workflow.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols at all times.
- Maintain Organization: Keep the picking aisles clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to ensure correct order fulfillment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
