Responsibilities
- Move, select, pack, and prepare packages for timely delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced fulfillment center environment.
- Scan barcodes and track inventory using handheld scanners (Zebra devices).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods and frequent walking.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 49 pounds (and 100+ pounds with assistance).
- Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
