Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated storage zones
- Load/unload temperature-controlled shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct inventory audits and stock rotation using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA food safety protocols
- Operate cold storage equipment including cryogenic systems
- Monitor and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Maintain detailed logs for quality control documentation
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (paid training provided)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
