Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect all products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards before being shipped.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (if certified) and pallet jacks, safely and responsibly.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Verify shipment contents against work orders to prevent errors.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation is required.
