Responsibilities
- Unload and refrigerated trucks while maintaining product integrity
- Organize and palletize inventory in cold storage environments (32°F-40°F)
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Monitor inventory levels and implement FIFO rotation systems
- Adhere to strict safety and sanitation protocols
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
