Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trailers and trucks safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cold storage environment.
- Verify inventory accuracy and ensure proper temperature control of goods.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in a cold environment (below 35°F).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Relevant forklift certification is a plus but not required.
