Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently to and from the cold storage facility.
- Perform daily inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA standards while working in extreme temperatures.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery to move pallets (certification preferred).
- Package and label goods according to company specifications and shipping guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary storage environment to prevent product spoilage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in cold environments (temperatures below 35°F).
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and push heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C).
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or cold storage setting is a plus.
