Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and storage facility.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Pick, pack, and label orders accurately to meet customer deadlines.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cold storage area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (temperatures ranging from 20°F to 40°F).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
