Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight, materials, and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure safe operation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are organized.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols strictly.
- Assist in the packing, staging, and shipping of orders in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse flow and productivity.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
