Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all material handling equipment.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on forklifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping and distribution.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting as required.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse or logistics experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination.
