Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to move, locate, and stack merchandise efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trailers and trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance checks on equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Assist with inventory management by verifying stock counts and organizing warehouse aisles.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris to prevent accidents.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory and tasks.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
