Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stock placement in designated zones.
- Conduct routine pre-shift inspections on forklift equipment to ensure mechanical safety and compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline shipping and receiving processes and meet production targets.
- Handle materials with extreme care to prevent damage and ensure product integrity.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for accurate inventory tracking.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is a plus.
