Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against packing slips.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of hazards to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of work areas.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and handling shipping labels.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to pass a standard pre-employment drug screen.
