Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments by checking quantities, labels, and documentation for accuracy.
- Organize warehouse inventory, ensuring products are stored safely and efficiently according to safety protocols.
- Prepare pallets for shipping using shrink wrap and strapping equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with annual inventory audits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or logistics is preferred.
- Forklift certification (OSHA compliant) is a plus but not mandatory for immediate consideration.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills (RF scanner experience helpful).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
