Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy of stock levels.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Log inventory data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper labeling of all stock.
- Coordinate with the shipping department to resolve discrepancies and expedite orders.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse floor to maximize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills are essential.
- Familiarity with barcode scanners and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including overtime if needed.
