Responsibilities
- Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently according to packing lists.
- Label packages with correct shipping information, barcodes, and addresses.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging materials are utilized.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily productivity goals.
- Assist in inventory management tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic math skills for counting and labeling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
