Responsibilities
- Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards and safety guidelines.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure quality control before shipment.
- Label packages correctly with appropriate shipping information and barcodes.
- Organize inventory and maintain a tidy, safe work environment at all times.
- Operate packaging machinery and hand tools safely.
- Load goods onto delivery vehicles or pallets using forklifts or hand jacks (training provided).
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and barcodes.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
