Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify product quantities and descriptions against packing slips and pick lists.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
- Ensure packaging is secure, labeled correctly, and meets company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and throughput targets.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience is required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and the ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize picking errors.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional overtime.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
