Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect, pack, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring all packaging is secure and meets company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management software to track stock levels and order status.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any discrepancies in orders.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and bending throughout the shift.
- Adhere to quality control measures to ensure 100% accuracy in all packing tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred, but not strictly required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
