Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select products from inventory and package them according to customer orders using standard warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Scan barcodes and verify item counts to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent errors.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided) to move stock efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our high-quality standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Shift Collaboration: Work effectively within a team structure to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout your shift.
- Availability: Flexibility to work full-time shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends as required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when reading pick lists and counting inventory items.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfort with basic arithmetic for quick calculations and inventory verification.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to arrive on time and ready to work.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors clearly.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and assist in other areas as needed.
