Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up to date.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets shipping standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Organization: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort with RF scanning technology.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work overtime.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends or night shifts as needed.
