Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient processing of customer orders. If you are detail-oriented, physically fit, and ready to work hard, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99% accuracy to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan and track inventory items.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment according to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail stocking role is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work various shifts, including overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
