Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from shelves using RF scanners and pick tickets.
- Accurately pack and label items for shipment to ensure delivery integrity.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Sort and stage incoming inventory according to company standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
