Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Inspect merchandise for damage or defects prior to packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Organize stockrooms and warehouses to maintain optimal inventory flow and accessibility.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Prepare shipments for delivery and verify documentation accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
