Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Assist in loading and unloading freight trucks using proper material handling techniques.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a major plus (we offer training for the right candidates).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
