Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate digital records remotely
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Coordinate with remote logistics team for shipment scheduling
- Process incoming shipments and organize stock efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for remote inventory management
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
