Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Efficiently load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock levels are met.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Background Check: No background check required (clean criminal record preferred).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not strictly required for immediate consideration.
