Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory counts and documentation for accuracy.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and securing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CDL not required but a plus).
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
