Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Accurately sort, pack, and label products to ensure correct inventory tracking.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or material handling experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
