Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Picker, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations by accurately selecting and preparing merchandise for shipment. Your attention to detail will ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Ensure accuracy of all picked items to minimize returns and errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts.
