Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles using powered material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory in designated areas to maintain optimal warehouse flow.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment by strictly adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate discrepancies to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 49 lbs (22 kg) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions, including exposure to cold storage areas.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and understand work instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
