Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Process pick, pack, and ship orders using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Forklift certification (Class A/B/C) is highly preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
