Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Inspect goods for quality and damage before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak shipping seasons.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for scanning barcodes.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
