Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanning devices.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage, defects, or discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks with speed and accuracy while maintaining a safe workspace.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
