Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of warehouse staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock rotations to minimize shrinkage and waste.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address operational issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving performance.
- Forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
