The Role
As a Warehouse Loader, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. You will ensure that products are loaded and unloaded accurately, safely, and efficiently to meet our delivery commitments.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks, trailers, and shipping containers.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing orders and inspect for damage.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high productivity levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
