Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Items: Accurately retrieve products from shelves and prepare them for shipment using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inventory Management: Verify stock levels and update inventory systems to maintain accurate records.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect packages for damage and ensure all items meet company quality standards before shipping.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently assemble orders based on pick tickets, ensuring speed and accuracy.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety protocols, keep the workspace clean, and report any hazardous conditions immediately.
- Load and Unload: Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to move goods to and from the staging areas.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: No prior logistics or warehouse experience required; we train all new hires.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read pick tickets and labels.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
